Who is your typical client?

There isn’t one. We work with all types of business at all stages of their development. Our largest client turns over around £1.2m annually and most months our smallest client is just about to open their ‘doors’ for the first time.

What area do you cover?

The majority of our clients are based within a 50 mile radius, but others are spread across the country and we even have a couple in Europe.

Do you specialise at all?

Not as such, because we have the skills and experience to respond to the particular services each client wants from us. We do, however, have a particularly good track record in the area of dispute mediation and resolution.

What are your fees?

Competitive and tailored in each case to the basket of services we provide. As a rule of thumb, we charge £100 per hour plus disbursements for Andrew Richardson. Project fees will be negotiated for more complex special projects.

Can you provide references?

We’d be delighted to. A good deal of our new business already comes through recommendations by existing clients, something we are naturally pleased about.
