Alec enjoys problem solving with his clients and loves to use new and innovative technology to do it.
Alec’s other passion is growing plants and if you find yourself watching the highlights of the Chelsea Flower Show during May you may catch a glimpse of Alec on the TV standing proudly next to his award-winning peonies.
Director
As a senior member of the team, Mo has considerable expertise and experience through his involvement with a broad and varied portfolio, ranging from large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His professional background spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, construction, and real estate. Drawing from his background in audit and assurance, Mo is committed to delivering value-added services while ensuring a rigorous audit process. He frequently collaborates closely with business management, offering practical solutions and proactive advice to help clients optimise opportunities. During his spare time, Mo enjoys coaching a local football team and embarking on long bike rides with his family.
Accountant
Tristan has been with the firm for more than 12 years and is an integral part of the team. Tristan deals with all aspects of accounting for the firm and is an important source of contact for all of our clients. Tristan has honed his technical skills in his career and enjoys working on complex projects with all manner of clients from sole traders to limited companies and charities.
When Tristan isn’t neck deep filing accounts he enjoys being active outdoors either mountain biking, snowboarding or skiing but also loves getting hooked on a good thrilling series like the ‘Last of Us’.
Rachel has been with AJR & Co for 5 years, as an accountancy assistant leading the payroll team. Rachel is organised, efficient and loves being able to help clients out, no matter what they need.
When Rachel is not at work she enjoys the simple things in life, spending time with family, walking her dogs and turns her hand to a spot of DIY. Rachel also loves to skip into her tap dancing shoes every now and again, turn the music volume up and tap dance the night away.
